So, here is the situation: I am currently working in Mexico and have come across an opportunity to collaborate on a coffee project. The coffee is organic and would end up helping out a lot of people in indegenous communities if I can get a few things figured out. So, I am hoping you guys can answer some questions with all the collective knowledge out there. My initial questions are: How do I go about importing coffee legally from Mexico to the US in an economic way AND how do I go about distributing the coffee to smaller or larger companies? Can I piggy-back larger shipments of coffee to the US? Hmm, these are big questions, but any leads would be very helpful and very appreciated. Muchas gracias for any and all advice!!!

you might get better answers from checking out www.greencoffeebuyingclub.com --its a page that people sell full bags of coffee to many people that want to buy a few pounds...  or talk to a local coffee roaster.
