I currently use a ceramic manual drippper with a standard #4 cone filter.  I'm switching to Chemex filters but can't figure out which one is a comparable size.

Would it be the larger FC-100 or the smaller FP-2?

As far as I know, Chemex filters are designed to work with a Chemex, not normal filter holders.  The reason is they drip the brew from a pointy bottom that protrudes into the drip chamber.  If you could find a funnel with a similar size and slope to a Chemex, you could probably modify it to work.  Otherwise, you need a Chemex to make use of their filters.  It doesn't matter if you use the square or round ones, they work the same way.

EDIT: The FP-2s are for their pint coffee maker, the others are for all the larger sizes.  See here.
