Hello all, ok I am by no means a barista, and I own, DON'T LAUGH!!! A Jura C5 which I can't get rid of now as it was very costly and my wife would kill me if I said I was changing it. We were on holiday recently in Fuerteventura and there was an Illy coffee shop there. We had the most intense and beautiful Irish coffee's in there, it was like drinking a liquid truffle. One thing i noticed was the barista was doing something with the cocktail shaker and pouring it into our glasses (which we couldn't see as they were below the counter). What do you think he ws doing?
We drank the drinks through a straw too, it was the most amazing experience.
