Subject: Suggested Reading
 

Books or magazines having to do with anything coffee related. Espresso, roasting, barista skills etc. There must be some old standards and I noticed Mark's recent writing about all the new ones coming out.

I ran into Barista Magazine a few nights ago and plan on ordering Scott Rao's The Professional Barista's Handbook. There must be others but they sure are not on the shelf at  the local Borders or Barnes and Noble.

I am surprised that there are zero responses to this thread. Must be more coffee making than reading going on around here or maybe there is just not much quality writing on the subject. I guess theres always Amazon.....
