Espresso: Gaggia Deluxe
Posted Sat May 17, 2008, 9:32am Subject: Humidity adjustment for Gaggia Deluxe?
I just bought a Gaggia Deluxe machine, and the first three attempts at making good espresso failed miserably. I've used the same machine on the West Coast and the espresso tasted great every single time. Now I live in Florida in high humidity. I wonder if this has anything to do with the coffee? I've replaced my old Krups espresso machine because the coffee tasted terrible, and now the new machine and the imported Lavazza coffee made no improvement! Help!
