Posted Tue May 13, 2008, 4:58pm Subject: expensive milk frother + stove-top moka = bad idea?
Hey folks, i've been debating whether I should fork out some money to get an espresso machine that'll also foam some milk and give up on my stove-top moka and intensely stirred microwaved milk drinks. Then I discovered this: Mod Edit: Commercial link removed! The Aeroccino Automatic Milk Frother, said to yield amazing results. Question: should I purchase the milk frother and keep using my stove-top moka to make lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc... Or is it just not the same compared to frother + "real" espresso machine? I guess the real question is how much of a difference is there between lattes made with stove-top moka and espresso machine. Thanks for your answers!
