Hi all -- I've recently been given a beautiful elektra copper & brass lever espresso machine -- it's never been used, but it was received as a sample by my company and they lost the box, so while I have the machine and the manual and the filter holder, I am missing the actual filters! Can anyone recommend where I would find one, and do I need to order one directly from the manufacturer or an importer?
Elektra parts are hard to get a hold of. You could try www.spinazzola.com or in a pinch, the older Pavoni 49mm filter baskets for Pavoni lever machines will fit. You may also want to try www.espressoparts.com but Terry told me that he doesn't really stock Elektra parts.
Another possible resource is www.1st-line.com - I see that Jim is stocking some Elektra machines, and may have a line on the filters
