Subject: Help! Curtis Satellite Brewer with Deposits

Hi, I recently purchased a Curtis double satellite brewer from an auction for my coffee shop that I will be opening in a few months.  When we opened the top to look at the water tank, it is covered in a calcium/ lime deposit.  It is hard to reach my hand in to try to scrape the stuff off.  Does anyone know of an effective way to remove water deposits like this?  The model I have attached in the photo is much newer than mine.   Thanks so much! Kristin

Any acid will dissolve the calcium carbonate (limescale).
