Posted Sun Feb 2, 2014, 9:04am Subject: Standard gold filter in Bunn Phase Brew?
I've been using a standard gold filter in my Phase brew (since there are none made to fit a Bunn). It doesn't overflow when I brew 6 cups or less but there is a bit of space between it and the filter basket.
Does this mean that the water will flow out too fast and not infuse enough?
In a related thread, I'm considering a Brazen since it properly fits the gold filter, has more adjustable parameters, probably disperses the coffee better and I'm guessing might make an overall better cup.
