I like the machine but tried to use the "ground coffee" making process and now when I make coffee, the grounds and the water go into the dump tray. Something is blocked. I called Jura and they told me to send it in (it is 4 years old) and they will overhaul it for $425. If I had known the cost to maintain this machine, I don't think I would have purchased it. Any suggestions? I don't have $425. Thanks.

Well, at that age, you have little to loose by taking it apart and seeing if you can spot the problem. VERY few here use a Super Auto machine. They tend to not make great coffee and the maintaince factor on them is high. Good luck!
