Hello CG community. As the title states I am looking to upgrade my Giesen W1 gas roaster so that I am able to control it with a laptop. Best case scenario I'm looking to use a freeware coffee roasting program (Typica for example) to get consistent roast profiles, to be able to fine tune the flame (10, 20, 50,100% flame for example) and maybe the air flow via the fan as well. I have no experience in electronics but I do have a good electrician who needs some guidance on this. If anyone could help out I'd appreciate it.
Best regards, Alex
P.S. I've uploaded some pictures of the control panel, I hope they help. You can find the dl link here (it's a .rar file) http://we.tl/LwbaPvCIWs
