I bought my Brazen at end of 2012 or beginning of 2013. I use it daily but it recently hasn't been working properly. After a couple of attempts by Lara trying to help me fix it, I just received an email asking for my address so they could send a replacement. Thank you Tahojoe for standing behind your product. I will be ordering the 1600 this weekend.

Rob, Thank you for the kind note.

In a world of so many companies not adhereing to sets of principles I know all I want is to treat people as I'd expect to be treated, simple as that.

We will as humans make mistakes and have our failures but I'll always work as will others at Behmor to satisfy our customers. All I ever ask of customers is to treat Lara, Bob and others with the same respect you'd want yourself, son, daughter, wife etc., to be treated with. Golden rule

Thanks again and apologize for any inconvenience we caused.

 
REMINDER: Never leave the roaster unattended when in use !!   And remember to use our Rosetta Stone tip PART V PARAGRAPH 3.. it works !!!
