I went to Home Depot yesterday and got a timer for the coffee maker.  I have programmed it to be on from 6:00 am in the morning to 9:00 am in the morning.  That way it will not be on 24/7.

I just got the standard heavy duty timer, I thought about getting a digital heavy duty one but it was twice as much and I think the standard heavy duty will be sufficient.

My wife and I have really been enjoying this coffee brewer these past few weeks!

The brew is rich, full, tasty and never bitter.  I am glad I modified it with the Newco SS 5 hole restricted spray-head and the SS filter basket.

I highly recommend and endorse this coffee brewer.  I do not think anyone would be disappointed purchasing it!

I liked what you said about feeling like you're in a coffee shop, I can feel it just looking at the pic! Looks like a great brewer :)

Over the past weekend I switched out the Newco SS 5 hole restricted spray-head with the Bunn plastic 3 hole restricted spray-head that I was using on my old Bunn BT10.

My wife and I think the coffee taste better now than coffee made with the Newco SS 5 hole restricted spray-head.

I think I am officially done tinkering with the Bunn CW15-TC Coffee Brewer now that I am coffee nirvana!

I absolutely love this Bunn CW15-TC Coffee Brewer!

You got me all excited about the Bunn.  I liked the coffee I made with my old BT-10, but thought it was a little fragile (we broke the base on it).  I checked out the specs on the CW15-TC.  It's an inch too tall to fit under my cabinet.  Why do they tease you like that? :)

Just wanted to say thank for all of the info you have posted in this thread. Today, after many months of debate, purchased the Bunn CW15-TC.

My wife and I have been using french press only for years, and we've talked about adding a drip machine. I was this close to buying a Technivorm around the holidays, and then I got into the cycle of reading reviews, shopping around, and deciding to put of the decision. One thing I kept coming back to was this thread and the Bunn.

So, hopefully I should get mine next week, and hope my experience will be as favorable as yours!

Thanks!

Thanks from me also as I am just bought a used VP17 as well as a used Axiom. I wanted a full automatic but we don't usually make a full pot so I thought I needed a pour over but right after I bought the VP17 I realized that you can adjust the level easily on the Axiom and there was a good buy on a used one but the seller only says that it powers up so it may have some issues and I won't know until it gets here. Luckily I was able to cancel the VP17 order.

I will post how it turns out!

Best Regards, Doug
