I was just joking anyway. A trifecta would be great to have but the entry price is a little steep :D

Especially if he has the commercial trifecta, Bunn 41200.0005 etc.  Even 2nd hand no way.

I've dealt with Behmor customer service for my roaster and always found them to be excellent both for in-warranty and out of warranty service.

Recently, I had an electronic failure of my roaster. I emailed them and we decided I need to replace the main PC board. I paypal'd the $28 for the item + S&H and it arrived about after I blinked my eyes (actually it took two days, but it ships from Reno & I'm in Massachusetts).

When that didn't solve the problem, the rapidly shipped me a control panel board and a transformer at no extra charge and just asked me to send back what I didn't use.

Well, my deal fell through on the used Brazen.

Now I am debating a new purchase. Stuff for a new thread. Brazen? Technivorm? Bonavita? We'll see.
