I've dealt with Behmor customer service for my roaster and always found them to be excellent both for in-warranty and out of warranty service.
Recently, I had an electronic failure of my roaster. I emailed them and we decided I need to replace the main PC board. I paypal'd the $28 for the item + S&H and it arrived about after I blinked my eyes (actually it took two days, but it ships from Reno & I'm in Massachusetts).
When that didn't solve the problem, the rapidly shipped me a control panel board and a transformer at no extra charge and just asked me to send back what I didn't use.
