My filter basket on my Newco was just cracked in an accident so I need a new brewer.
I have read about the Bonavita and the Brazen but I am concerned about the 40oz limit.
We go through 3-4 pots in a morning with the Newco as it is.

Is there anything worth considering in a larger capacity?  Or should I just suck it up and order the Brazen/Bonavita/TV and make 1 more pot in the morning :)

Wow, that's a lot of coffee being consumed.  Does anyone even make a "consumer" coffee brewer with enough capacity to handle your needs ?

I'd say a used airpot brewer would be your best bet.  Or maybe a commercial Bunn as far as being more kitchen friendly.

Probably should clarify.  2 posts in first 30-45 minutes.  3rd pot lasts about 1 hour, 4th pot mid morning (if needed).  I see the way I posted it makes it look a lot worse than it is.  sorry

How's about a 64 oz. TV?

Wow.  That certainly will take care of the size issue :)   looks gigantic and it is very expensive.  I might just punt and see if I can live with a 40oz brewer.  Seems everyone else does, and 1 of my coffee drinkers is leaving for college in the fall anyway.

When my daughter left for college I let her take the old Braun KF600 coffee maker. At ten years old, it's still chugging along. It was the perfect reason for me to purchase a new one for home. Take care!

For an extra $40 you can get this.

Click

It's commercial grade, 110V and it brews fast! This is our work brewer and it's a tank.  handles the same amount you brew daily no problem.  You could also throw a 3.0L thermal caraf under this and brew less.

Just ordered the Brazen.  Hopefully I can make it work.  I wonder if the carafe from my newco will work with it.

So I got my Brazen on Friday.  I really like this coffee machine it works great.  The carafe on the other hand totally sucks.  I read on this site that it had issues but I had no idea it was going to be this bad.  I have tried many different ways of pouring and no matter what it makes a mess  . . . sigh

Woo Hoo!

I've always wanted a Technivorm but the 40 oz. Technivorm Thermal brewer is too small for my wife and me. We absolutely love our 50 oz. Bunn Thermal carafe brewer but its now over 10 years old and I have had to fix it twice for leaking and it's starting to leak again.

I told my wife about this beautiful 64 oz Technivorm Thermal brewer and she bought one for me today at our local Williams Sonoma for an early Father's Day present!!!  Lucky me! :)

It's almost 18 inches tall but it fits perfectly under our cabinet and looks really nice next to the Macap M4 Stepless/Doserless grinder!

I ran a couple of pots of water through it tonight and it's all ready to go for the first inaugural brewing tomorrow morning. I can't wait!!!

Thanks for the heads up on this awesome brewer!
