A Moka Pot might see something more like 2.0 (yes, a 48g loss on 24g of Cb).

You lose 48g of liquid? Have you checked to see if there's a hole in the bottom of your pot? :o)

Clearly there is something fishy with that number.

Another component of the loss, besides evaporation, it CO2 that causes the bloom or crema escaping into the air.

Weird. That seems like a lot of evaporation, doesn't it?

I looked at data for several dozen brews in my 3-cup pot and they're all in the 0.2-0.3 grams loss per gram of initial coffee.

I'm not sure it makes physical sense to talk about loss per unit mass of initial coffee.

What if I brewed in a CCD with 10g of coffee instead of 20g, but used the same amount of water and the same steep time. Would you expect half the amount of evaporation?
