Thanks for posting the video. I've never used a Chemex, so I found it interesting. Nice choice of music too, very upbeat, but maybe not suited to a morning's first brew, but then again, maybe so, if it wakes you up and you end up performing the "dance" correctly. Maybe I need to play some music when I load-up the Trifecta in the morning. Even the simplest brewing can be problematic before the caffeine is in your body. Anyway, thanks for posting!

I think you and your wife did a great job on the video. I enjoyed the music very much. I have never used a chemex, and have been considering buying one, and your video was quite informative. The cocoa paste idea was very creative, however, the blotchy discoloration it caused was detrimental to final presentation of the coffee, imo. 4 stars.
