That looks like a Corona mill. I bought one of those once for milling malted barley for all grain brewing of beer, but it wasn't very good for that and I gave up on it quickly. I can only imagine how it would work for coffee... actually, I could go find mine from whereever I stashed it in the basement with all of my other junk, but I think I'll just stick with imagining it. On the plus side they are inexpensive, just a little more than a burlap sack and a hammer.
If you do use one for grinding coffee I would suggest buying a sieve. :o)
