Subject: Best method for getting the most out of single domain coffee

Hello everyone. While I've been looking over the boards here for a few months now I'm new to the form. I'm researching different machines and methods for brewing. In this case I'm specifically looking to see if anyone had an opinion on the Trifecta machine vs the vacuum pot with a halogen burner to get the best expression out of single domain coffees. The shop I'm opening, while having the daily stuff available, will try and have a fair amount of small production and single domain offerings. Any help offered will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much for any offered. Regards.
