I only have that problem if I swirl the coffee in the carafe before pouring. If I just tip the carafe up quickly so the the top is perpendicular to the counter it pours fine with no dribbles. I'm pouring with the top on.

I got a new top from Behmor, the first one pulled the grinds bin out if I wasn't very careful and dribbled no matter what. The new top's thumb button is at a lower angle then my first one and the pour is 85% improved.
