It would benefit you greatly to search the forums. There are plenty of similar questions that have been asked and plenty of reviews of those machines.

Dave's right, you'll get better info if you re-post in the espresso section. But personally, I'd suggest the Rancilio Silvia. I don't think it's far north of $600 and it's still the best entry-level machine for good home espresso.

I've been looking at the Le'Lit PL041QE PID and it seems like that's also a good option. Albeit there's not much representation as far as reviews go.

Although it's hearsay, it's on par with the Silvia from those who've used it.

I second the Le Let, my PERSONAL feeling is that the Sylvia is over priced for what you are paying, yes I do own one and use it at work and as a travel machine but it would not be my first choice.... or even third. YMMV!
