I am a newbie. First post.
Sorry if this has been asked before but I am on a budget and was wondering if there is a decent grinder at or under $100. Mainly for use with a FP and/or Chemex.
I also have a hookup with anything from William Sonoma and could pretty much afford any of their grinders after the fact.
I love coffe and we are also trying to save some money by not having me go out for coffee every morning but I need to prove to my wife that I can do so before she will let me drop some serious money on something great.
Baratza Encore. The problem I've had with Breville grinders is reparability. If you need replacement burrs (or anything else) it costs an arm and a leg, if it's possible to repair it at all. Every part on a Baratza is repairable, and the parts are affordable. Baratza customer service is excellent.
