Hiya! My mom has her grandmother's grinder (she died c. 1940) but it has no identifying marks. The box is about 5 or 6 inches high. Thought someone here might know.

It appears to be an original version of this traditional antique reproduction at Lee Valley Tools (& elsewhere) here & Coffee Grinder Mechanism box construction PDF. I thought I've read quite a while ago that this was something like a mid to 1880's coffee grinder.
