Hi
No matter what I do, I can't get a draw down under 5 minutes for 24-30 ounces of brew water. It seems the filter clings to the walls and I have to lift it out a bit to get it going what can I doo to help. I grind fairly coarse.

Draw down time doesn't matter nearly as much as taste does. If it tastes overextracted, then it's worth worrying about reducing total contact time or modifying the grind, but if it's a 5 minute draw and it tastes fine, there's not much to worry about. 30 ounces is still quite a bit of water, nearly a liter, and I'd expect that to take longer than the oft-recommended 3-4 minutes, personally.

how fine are you grinding? i havent had any problems adjusting draw down by playing with the grind size.
also, i find the chemex filters to drain much faster than a standard #4 filter when im using my clever. ive been using the chemex filters primarily on the clever now because im able grind finer and have more consistent grinds with my older virtuoso. with the #4 filters, i've had to go fairly coarse and noticed the consistency isnt that great(seeing a bunch of large chunks of coffee on the top of the coffee after fully draining)

Funny -- I had been meaning to get around to posting my "discovery" of SJM's chopstick method for a few days, and here I find this post! This has improved both the drawdown time and quality of brew for me; 24 oz drain about a minute faster, and I find much less bitterness and more nuance to the acidity. I put the chopstick opposite to the spout.
I'd recommend trying this in conjunction with grinding a bit finer. At least with my low-end Baratza, a really coarse grind is somewhat inconsistent and features a fair amount of dust.
