If, like me, you're always looking for yet another brewer, Groupon has a great deal for the Cafe Solo brewer - $39 plus $6 shipping. That's $35 less than anywhere else I could find online. the Cafe Solo is a glass carafe immersion brewing method that is said to produce a fine cup. The deal expires Monday 4/30/12 or when they sell out.

Click here to go get the deal at Groupon.

Mark Prince wrote a quick shot review several years ago, and gave it a very favorable review.

They also have a refrigerator carafe for $29 on the same deal.

I was just coming here to post this. Glad to see Dana beat me to it! $45 shipped is a great, eBay-esque price for this brewer. In case it's not obvious from the fine print, Groupon is selling the 1-liter model, which works well for "coffee for two." I had some long-forgotten Groupon bucks that could be applied to the deal, so I'm in for one in brown. God help me!

Thanks Diggi for reading the fine prints for me.  It makes the decision so much easier for me.  I was trying to convince myself that I didn't really need a 1.0l Eva Solo to go with my 0.6l.

Yeah, I couldn't help myself either, and ordered one in brown. I don't need another brewer, but at this price, it's too good to pass up.

Status update: 2 of the 3 fridge carafe colors have sold out, but both colors of the brewer are still available on this deal.

I went for the brewer in blue...like I need another brewer. It should be good for camping and traveling.

^^^ Sweet!

Did you all see that if you click the blue "Q&A" button toward the bottom right of the Groupon listing (under the "Tweet" button) there's more info. from the merchant in response to questions? Nice feature.

I think it's hilarious that this sale price is what one site is asking for just a single replacement part, e.g. the carafe or filter assembly. I'm definitely a fan of coffee brewed in the Eva Solo, but these things don't need to retail for near $100 IMO. It makes me happy that over 400 almost 500 over 620 people so far have decided to see what this underappreciated brewer is all about.
