I just got a notification saying I won one, and I'm pretty excited to test it out! And hey if Able decides not to manufacture the Disk Fine, then these 100 test units will become an extremely rare item!
Will definitely be posting my thoughts once it arrives.

Congrats, Evan! I lost, but then I won--it's complicated. Anyway, looking forward to trying it out. Aside from this Prima-distributed batch of 100, others have been sent out, and Able tweeted recently that they'll be giving some away at SCAA as well. So, not sure how rare these finer DISKs will be, but it's still cool to be able to look forward to playing with one before their official release. I do believe Able is looking for honest feedback, but I also suspect the product has a very strong chance of hitting the market.

I'll be testing one as well. It's funny, I tweeted that reviewers using Twitter should denote their tweets with the hashtag #DISKFine, and it just took off! My Klout score went up two point just yesterday from all the retweets and mentions - insane. Really excited to get my hands on the filter and run it through its paces.

I have one of the original Coava filters, 0.010" thick, 300 micron holes.
I find it adds a lot to the cup. I don't find that a few grounds on the bottom of the cup gets in they way and believe that the micro-mud (in suspension) adds a creamy mouth-feel to the coffee.
