What would you pay for a brewer with the following and more $300? $250?

8 cup/ 1.2L
Variable temperature control
Pre-soak cycle/ time control of
stainless steel reservoir
extra large grounds basket for bloom
steel carafe
automatic settings
full grounds immersion
cup quality equal to or superior to technivorm

If one were to appear on the consumer side it would be a feat and thusly could command an easy $200. Show me the brewer and I'll show you the money.
