There is a handy chart at sweetmaria's listing water/coffee/infusion time for many popular coffee extraction methods. I see (from running Netphilosopher's equation on a few of the variables) that these figures match pretty closely to what you would get from calculating it all out, so this would be a great quick reference chart for the non-mathematically inclined (like me). The SM chart suggests a brew ratio of 1:18 (1:16 for Technivorm). Your ratio (for 1.25% strength) is 1:16, which is typically my preference as well. Brew ratio tables and spreadsheets? C'mon folks, all you need is the ability to divide. 350ml liquid divided by 16 yields a coffee dose of 21.875mg.
Note: without direct measurement (refractometer, or weighing extracted grounds), you are just guessing at extraction and strength numbers.

I'm most familiar with the 60 g / l (or 62.5 g / l) method and use this quite a bit, but lately I've seen a push for simpler, unitless numbers (brewing ratios) to make things easier and take the metric out of the equation to avoid frightening Americans.
For 1 liter of coffee (1000 g) and 62.5 g coffee you have a ratio of 1000 / 62.5 = 16 or a 16:1 ratio of water to coffee (by mass). A 14:1 ratio would be pretty strong, 71.4 g of coffee per liter and a 15:1 17:1 ratio would be weaker at 58.8 g per liter.
For me, it's too late, I've got 62.5 g / liter stuck in my head, but it's not to late for the rest of you to consider brew ratios of 16:1 as a starting point.
