Subject: Brikka Pot Question - Splitting the Crema
 

I currently own two Moka pots (6 & 12) which I use for making my daily coffee, but have been thinking about adding a Brikka to the collection for when I'm looking for a crema fix. I've watched a lot of video clips on the Brikka brewing and pouring the cup after but all the examples show a single cup being poured. If you are using the 4-cup Brikka and are splitting the pot between multiple cups how do you ensure each cup gets a fair share of crema. Is there a special way to pour it or am I going to need to spoon it onto the top of each cup?

Good question.  I always drink the whole thing (I have the 4 cup version).  Next time I do one I will get it a try with 4 shots to see what happens.
