Okay Mark, you got me all excited with your review of the baby Bodum, told me it was due out on July 10th, and there's STILL no sign of it on www.bodum.com! Can you get an update from your Bodum buddy? I want this pot!
Shoot. I did speak to Jeff Malkasian at Bodum last Friday about this very issue. I forgot to post the info.
The news is... if you call their 1-800 number it is now available for $79.95. It is also sold (as of friday) at a place called Sur le Table, and I think Neiman Marcus (sp?). Amazon will be picking it up soon.
Also, Jeff was supposed to pass along an email to me regarding some feedback on the original eSantos from Bodum HQ. He hasn't sent it yet, but as soon as he does, I'll probably post it in here.

Received my Bodum eSantos Jr. (Santosini???) from Coffee Bean Corral today and am enjoying the first pot. So far, so good. The brew process was under 6 minutes, IIRC and the coffee is great. I doubt I'll use it daily (drip w/disposable filters is still a bit faster & easier on busy mornings) but I think the Santosini (as I've christened it) will get more of a workout than the Yama has, since you don't have to watch it on the stove and since it makes a bit more than the Yama.
