I haven't posted or even been on the site for a very long time. I went thru a bit of a nasty divorce, and all of my coffee stuff was held hostage for quite a while, and then went from there to storage until fairly recently. Anyway, I was just starting to really learn about the world of coffee and home roasting leading up to everything going south. It was my goal back then to obtain a Behmor roaster, and retire my Whirly-Pop method. My plans may have been greatly delayed, but I am excited to say I have finally fulfilled that goal and received my brand new Behmor today! I just wanted to share my excitement with the only folks that would truly understand it! LOL
Thanks to everyone that makes this site such a great wealth of knowledge and I am so looking forward to my new life and taking my coffee obsession to heights I've never imagined!
Any and all tips and suggestions about the new Behmor are most welcome, but I have certainly read a ton about it already!
