Subject: Need some Gene Cafe Roaster Help

I bought a used Gene Cafe Roaster about four months ago, and the heating element just went out. I cannot seem to find a resource to buy a new one online anywhere. Does anyone know where I might be able to obtain one, or someone that I could contact about it?

Thanks!

Did some research for you. Check out this site. Read the article then scroll down to the bottom of the page for what looks like the current reps in the US for your product. Good luck.

Looks like they changed my URL. Try Fresh Beans Inc. They do US repairs on your product
