Hello everyone.  I just completed my first roast on my recently arrived Behmor 1600.  We will see how it turns out in a day or two.  (Credit goes to my wife for the decorative post-it note label.)  I will be working through my 8lb sampler from Sweet Maria's that looks like it contains a nice variety of coffees.  This is a 1/2 pound sample...from two 1/4 lb roasts.  Luckily, they both reached first crack at precisely the same time and the coloring was consistent between the two.  I have found the the Roastmaster App for my iPhone will definitely be helpful in keeping track of everything.

Looks like a really cool and easy roaster to use.  I will be interested to know how it turns out and how close you can duplicate the roast.  I might have to get one for Christmas!
