You are kidding right? That roast looks pretty rough to me.

 
I chew coffee beans with my teeth while gargling with 195 F water to enjoy coffee. What is this "coffee brewing" device you speak of?

To me it looks uneven, maybe that's what he means.  Some are roasted light brown, others dark.  That doesn't mean it doesn't taste good, but it is not a consistent roast.

It's a blend, so the different varieties are always going to roast differently.  Am I wrong?

Wow, that is a cool way to roast.  Say, if you use scented candles does that flavor the beans also?  Do they have hazelnut scented candles?  That would be lovely.

You can stretch the roast by adding more brownie mix under the beans too...
