Anybody trying the Ethiopia Dry Process Saris Abaya from Sweet Marias?   Just got 10 lbs of it yesterday and roasted up a batch to full city not quite into Second Crack.  I normally won't try for 24 hours but based on the sweet smell of the beans I needed to try it this morning.  I was blown away for a coffee that only rested for 13 hours.  I can't wait to see how it gets as it rests through the next few days.  I am kinda nuts for the rustic DP coffees and this one brings back memories of the 2006/2007 Haraar.  Anyone else a Dry Process nut and have you checked this one out yet?

Haven't tried it yet, but the dp Worka Sakaro has an almost ridiculous honeyed fruitness.  The aroma when grinding is intoxicating.

Wow this is a great coffee.  I got mine from SM earlier this week, roasted it up.  Just tasted it today.  All kinds of sweetness in there.  Yum.

I pulled an SO shot of C+ Harrar the other day.  It was one of the best SO espresso's I have ever had.  I wonder of anyone locally is offering this? (Kitchener, ON)
