there were no plans just pictures of a Probat taken apart , I used them for the same concept then scaled it to a 5-6# roaster Bill

just this weekend roasted 6# batches. 5 in total and they were great 1 st crack right at 10 minutes to a total time of 15 to 16 minutes Love this thing!!!!

That is a BEAUTIFUL piece of work, sir!!! Loved the video too. So does NOT look like an amateur job (and I mean that in the best possible way!). I think I'm even more impressed that your first roast came out as something good rather than not.

Still roasting with it and glad to report no problems at all. Past 110# to date and its all be very good coffee "per my freinds" I also like it Thanks to all next year might make a 5KG for the hell of it !!!!! Bill

just over 300# and works great , thinking of making a 15 kg unit this winter!!! have to find a 40K propane source ifrared is possible
