How do I find a replacement part? Looking at the manufacturer's site, it's discontinued, and it's not in my budget to buy a new roaster...

All of us iRoast2 owners are screwed.  Keep checking eBay and Craigslist.  You can also look into the Fresh Roast SR500 roaster.  About the same price and capacity of the iRoast2s but it requires more manual operation.
