Look out PVCoffee might make a million dollars from our suggestions! LMAO
Over the last 5 years of roasting my skills have improved and my taste has evolved or at least changed so my bean selection has also changed. I have my favorites from this year but that will not influence my buying for next year all that much since we are talking about an agricultural crop. I put a lot of faith in Toms picks over at Sweet Maria's for what is tasty plus I like to pick up greens soon after they arrive for freshness, this keeps things interesting at least for me.
What I roast for others may not be the same as what I like for me. Columbians, brazilian, Ethiopian, Guatemalan, and Sumatra seem to please most any coffee drinker and work well for blending to change things up.
