Sorry. Start your roaster and check the temp. every minute by pushing the roast/temp button.

The problem with that is that of the 5 different I-Roast2's I've used, they all had different temperature readouts for a given programming and time.  I don't trust the built-in temperature display unless it's been checked against an outside reference.  I know after sticking a thermocouple in, my current one reads between 50F and 60F lower than actual.  I know that others I've used read within -10F to 10F, and others have read 30F high.

If you set the p1,p2,p3 at the temps I told you and try it, you will be shocked.  You need to manipulate the heat by adding the lids (like I described) as you go. We have done enough of the testing by roasting A LOT of beans.  When you add the last lid, if you want to  latch it in place (wear a glove if you need to) you can but you don't have to. LISTEN for first crack carefully. Then finish how you want. When I finish (I usually stop it early, 15-25 seconds after the last bean cracks) I hit cool down button.  Then I take the top fine screened locking lid off and the cup screened lid (silver lots of holes) off to allow the beans to cool down faster.  This is also important.
Try it if you want to, it is such a good way to roast.  I don't believe you need to be that precise with your temp to add all the extras to get an exact temp read out.  To each there own.  Don't knock it till you try it right.  If you like one way, DO IT.  That's why God made us all different.
