I have run into a quandary of not liking the beans I'm using.  I'm hoping for suggestions that may fit my palate.

I like big, full bodied coffee with low acidity. Sulawesi Celeb is probably my favorite, but Sweet Maria's hasn't been stocking it for a while due to the off season quality.  I've been through most of the Sumatra's , which I generally like but have not been deep or full enough lately. I've tried the Puro scuro and French roast blends which are OK.  I have even tried the higher acidity ones to see if my palate had changes, but I didn't like those at all.

I used to get so excited about my morning coffee, but now I endure it.  I want my excitement back!!!

BTW- I am using Behmor 1600 Coffee Roaster, Maestro Virtuoso grinder and a Technivorm to brew.

One of my favorites from SM is El Salvador Santa Rita Full Natural.   And, I have high hopes for Java Kajumas Curah Tatal; it arrived yesterday and will go into the Behmor tonight.

Another favorite is Selva Negra from JavaVino.

Good luck in your quest!

Normally when someone asks about "full body" I always recommend a Kenyan. But you might not like the wine-rich acidics. And you say you've already tried some Perus. Alternatively I just sampled a good New Guinea that might be worth a try. It needs about a 4-day rest to settle down, but it does have full body near FC or FC+. I'm not sure who's re-selling it. Royal NY New Guinea A  FTO #9275.
