Subject: all turbo/crazy- where to get best deals on turbo ovens?

*Updated List*I am trying to search for a turbo oven, and there are alot of different brands out there. So my question is what brands do you use or know of? I am trying to compile a list so that people can perform several searches on ebay and the web to try and find a turbo oven, besides the main ones. here is a list of what I have found so far and please correct any names I have mispelled. Also the cheapest I've found is the tamaya for $49.00 w/o shipping
  1. Galloping Gourmet

  2. Decosonic

  3. Sunpentown so-2000(newegg best deal new so far)

  4. Aroma (something or other)

  5. Fujitronic

  6. Recently I found something called tamaya to-2000

  7. Betty crocker

  8. (new) Infinity ax-707

  9. (new) chef tronic

10.(new) e-z cook turbo oven

11.(new)American Harvest convection perfection c0200t- that's a mouthful so I'll call it nktb- just kidding -ahcp

12  (new)Amazing hot air oven

Hey

I'm looking for the same thing on eBay ... I bought my stir crazy last week and it arrived yesterday, now I just need to find an oven that will work.  Anyone know of any problems with the ovens that chargers listed?

I'm putting the same thing together, and had the same exact questions! Hopefully, someone knowledgable will chime in. A used Galloping gourmet, with a flat shipping price of $25 just went for $70. now, that is out of control.

cheers,
Jim

Exactly!,
I have been told newegg sells the sunpentown for $59.00 + $5.99 shipping and handling which isn't too bad. The tamaya is $49.00 and I haven't got the price of shipping yet. I think because we have discussed all the major name brands in these forums, the price has risen and obviosly alot of us are pouncing on them as they show up on ebay. (Eg. someone posted that they got the sunpentown from newegg last year for $53.00 including shipping.)
So my solution is if there is a list of different brands, we could spread the wealth a little by finding some off name brands that do the same job. If the shipping is descent on the tamaya I think that is the way I'll go.

I didn't want to futz around with ebay or scour through thrift stores and went straight to newegg.

After being outbid 21987 times on ebay on every convection oven in the past 2 months, today I order from newegg. Bet it was you alll out bidding me! Or do you think people really cook food with those things? For the Stir Crazy I will hit Target. I have 7 pounds of green beans to get to, I am now in a hurry lol.

The tamaya now is $17.00 to ship.  So the winner is the suppentown.  Funny I just ordered one earlier today from newegg.  Didn't even know about other brands except what I see on ebay and I didn't want to mess with auctions.

Take a look at this one for 29.99 . It's rated at 1300 watts , I would consider this a plus for roasting.
