This made a good espresso & capuccino blend. I roasted up 2 lbs total & the last bit that I had left was 10 days old! This is unheard of as I usually use up fresh homeroast within 3 days. All Alp roasted: Sumatra Mandheling,Monsoon Malabar (Aspinwall's Malabar Mellows),Ethiopian Limu,Brazil Prime Wash. Aspinwall link's: here & here. Aspinwall's website.Aspinwall Group. Coffee measure,tablespoon or any suitable size for the amount of espresso's to be pulled. 2 measures Limu,1 of Malabar,1 of Brazil,vary measures for different taste profiles. 2 1 1, 3 1 1. What I had left after 10 days!!,was one half of a 100gr total weight globe ball mason jar & wasn't tasting so great after this amount of time & a lot of oil migration on the surface of the beans. Mixed 50-50 with a fresh roasted,8 hr rested 90 gr batch of Mandheling. The out gassing new roast scrubbed out all of the oxygen,& this melange blend tasts great from the Yama! Hi Doug, This roast sounds very good. Jeeze..More green to buy! You should put in a claim for damage. It would be bad enough with a few zip-locs,(ie.) 1,2,5 lb'ers popped open & the resulting useless mess mixed together in the bottom of the box. Could make an interesting roast though! I couldn't imagine full burlap bags poked open & slowly draining on the floor of the UPS truck!! Anyhoo,what I'm drinking as I type is still quite delicious 5 days post roast. 50%-50% (Full City for both.) St.Elena Tarrazu "Miel", Kenya "AA". The power is still there from the Kenya,& mild bittersweet chocolate from the Miel. This would make a great after dinner or dessert coffee. Cheers Doug!
