I don't imagine that most people do. But I asked because I think it raises a question about how portable an ideal range like this actually is. If the dry weight were 4% less than the dose, your range would translate to 19.3-20.3%. Someone using non-zero software defaults would get a different number even with identical coffee and taste buds.
