Coffee from beans roasted beans mature process becomes quite dramatic, baking, like popcorn as full of flavor and pleasure bouncing sound. From the raw beans, shallow, medium to deep baking baking, water again released, weight, volume is slowly expanding muster, coffee color deepened, gradually release the fragrant oils, texture becomes crisp.
