Yes I had health issue with instant coffee, milk and sugar. Once I left these and took up roasted coffee with no milk and sugar. I found it beneficial in many ways. Ways concerning the mind, it is subjective. It changes my emotion and makes me positive. It also stops depression. It took many years to get where I am at now with coffee. I limit myself to one Ristretto/ Espresso a day :)

I developed a significant regular irregular heart beat in the form of PVCs (pre-ventricular contractions) and I was unlucky enough to feel every single single one were most folks don't. I was down to 1 beat in 12 and it was getting to be a real issue. The doctors put me a very strict no stimulant diet, and made me do everything on a very exact schedule basically regulating everything in life that I could. During this time if i cheated at all my heart would do its thing, even on decaf beans. Slowly it did get better. I was able to introduce decaf in moderation, then regular in moderation. Now I am back to my bad habit of 6 or 8 doubles a day plus a cup or two of tea. If I notice a problem in the least i jump on my old plan for a couple of weeks and i am good. I actually think it has more to do with sleep patterns and coffee aggravates it but I am one person and this is way anecdotal.
Yes I put the BDB and CC1 in the same class, yes i have a reason for leaving SCG off my list, yes it is my opinion, yes it is subjective as opinions are by definition, no don't start a flame war because you disagree.
