Hey fellow coffee lovers! I found this very, very accurate Coffee brewing ratio chart for normal brewing and Connoisseur brewing. It's very helpful If you need ratio's In various weight and measure's and water amounts. Check It out! It helped me:

So how DOES it analyze the grind, with the phone camera?

Very good point, and something I should correct on the (moderator edit) page.  The grind analysis feature uses an image (taken on the smartphone) of grinds distributed on a 4x6 index card to determine the grind distribution.  By using image analysis on today's smartphone, every barista, shop owner or coffee enthusiast now has the information at their fingertips that has been lacking without costly or timely alternatives.  I have not tried to duplicate sieve analysis but create a grind distribution based on estimated surface area which is more accurate in determining extraction.
