Yes, I saw this last night. One sold on eBay at auction not long ago for $ 255.00. The oly real info that I acquired was that it is from the French Navy Medical Services. Possibly 1800 to 1900's. now another quest is to find out who made this and if it was made for a special ranking or for anyone's use. What the LC SYMBOLIZES AND OF COURSE A TRUE VALUE.
There may be many out there, but I have only seen 2 as far in my timely research.
