If your ever near Rochester, check out Dessert Oasis. Really good shop and roaster and get this, the parents 15 or 16 year old son is their bean sourcer and roaster. I had a few exotic beans there.

Roasting plant was parlor tricks and both times i have had the spro it was way to fresh and gassy.

I am digging me some RoosRoast . I find myself going between Klatch and RoosRoast when ordering beans.
