Did you do the video? If so, someone has video production skills.

Nice vid.
You might want to experiment with the length of the cooling flush with your E61. As a guide, mine is approx 160ml and if you pull it into the cup it warms it while you're tamping.
Hi. Yes, i did the Video. I don't have any video production skills, but i am a wedding Photographer, you can see it on my Website: Fotomanufaktur Wessel I think that you can see it a little bit on my video :-)

You mean i will be better when i do some experiments with the cooling flush? I found out, that my Giulia will not so hot when the time between two shots are longer. But i think i will do some experiments and do a measurements. Thank you for the hint.

Video is edited and shot well. The music makes me feel awkward to want to share it with my buddies though, in fact, it made me want to turn the video off as it's a little to slow. just my opinion . . . (PS. my wife agrees)

Yes, if the machine has been sitting for a while, the water in the heat exchanger will become as hot as the water in the boiler. As it would be too hot for brewing, you'll need to get rid it with a cooling flush. The exact amount of the flush will depend on various factors; boiler temp, ambient temp, beans you're using etc. so you'll need to experiment a bit.
I usually run the cooling flush at the same time that I'm grinding and it also warms up the cup a bit too.
